Terms and Conditions

  • Proof must be provided to receive concession discount e.g. valid NUS card.
  • Block booked lessons must be paid for up front.
  • No refunds will be given if a Trainee does not use all block booked lessons paid for.
    However, any lessons remaining can be used on other lesson types e.g. motorway
    lessons or pass plus.
  • For your information the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) statistics show that the
    average student has 46 formal lessons and 22 hours private tuition with a qualified
    driver such as a family member.
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Paypal. Paypal payments must be
    received before lesson date. Contact us for details.

Cancellation Policy

I will be provide all of my contact details to my trainees, landline number,mobile
number and email address. In the event that you have to cancel or change a
lesson, please contact me as soon as possible. The following cancellation
and amendment charges apply:

  • Cancel/amend lesson more than 24 hours before lesson starts..................No charge
  • Cancel/amend lesson between 8 & 24 hours before lesson starts.........£5 admin fee
  • Cancel/amend lesson between 2 & 8 hours before lesson starts.........£10 admin fee
  • Cancel/amend lesson less than 2 hours before lesson starts.......Lesson fee charged

The cancellation and amendment policy means i can keep the overall cost of
driving lessons down for everyone.
